Almost done
Need to hem sleeves and bottom and put buttons on. Not perfect (ie having to recut and add front after disaster and some other stuff) but I think it is good and can make changes for any future ones. And no dad, we are not cutting the collar off.

Dad's shirt - back in action
Phew, after the recut the fronts now match. I should have to done this weekend. It is werid because teh neck looks so small but that is how it is. There is more "around" dad's neck (in his back) than in his neck. I have checked it agaist the muslin that fit many times and it matches.
I also did the 6 am class. I am getting better at it. And big thing - I successsfully used the center stand on the Vespa! (mine is the black one

sunny day, for now
We rode around on scooters to practice. I can pretty much safely get mine into the kickstand legs. I will practice more. It rides a little different but it is cool. We stopped by the park near the house to look at the baby ducks.
We also made this high tech (not) fence to put up around the strawberries. The squirells have been eating them. The result is nothing like our initial plan but it will work. And with a guard dog like our (see last pic) anything will help.

different kind of day today
No sun shining on anybody from the front porch today. I did the 6 am classes all 3 days this week - my vacation. Today is my favorite - first half cycling and second half body stuff. I even held the plank the right way the whole time.
I am doing a sub-contract job for these guys. I am making them a spec pack that will work in a factory.

Emma from the Following is dead on the tv show and in real life
Emma passed. I could tell something was wrong last night. Her belly looked huge and she had a red spot on her side. I thought she may be pregnant or just sick to I put her in the isolation cage (yes, we have one). She was dead this morning. She was one of our oldest fish. Very steady. And I did see her trying to eat what looked like a baby fish two days ago.
We all must pass and she had a good life. And now that I have a baby making family in the tank and 3 new fish already, it is ok.
God Bless you Emma. (And as Brian noted, it may have been Sue Bird, they look a lot alike).

hard commute
First off I did this class at 6 am then rode to work. And on the ride home I hauled a bunch of extra stuff home I did not want to leave in the office on vacation. It was a crawl.
